Shipping policy
Domestic Shipping
For domestic orders, customers have a choice between standard and expedited services:
- USPS Ground Advantage estimated delivery time is between 3 and 7 days from point of order fulfillment (not order placement). Saturday delivery is included.
- USPS Priority Mail estimated delivery time is between 2-5 days from point of order fulfillment (not order placement). Saturday delivery is included.
- USPS Priority Mail Express estimated delivery time is between 1-2 days. Saturday delivery is included. In some cases, this may be a more economical alternative to UPS.
- UPS Ground estimated delivery is between 1 and 5 business days. No Saturday delivery.
- UPS 2nd Day Air provides guaranteed delivery by end of 2nd business day. No Saturday delivery. Cutoff time for UPS expedited orders is 12:00 pm Pacific time Monday-Friday.
- UPS Next Day Air provides guaranteed delivery by end of next business day. No Saturday delivery. Cutoff time for UPS expedited orders is 12:00 pm Pacific time Monday-Friday.
Both USPS and UPS services offer tracking and insurance coverage. Saturday service is not offered for UPS shipments. Both USPS and UPS charges are variable and are based on weight and zip code.
International Shipping
International customers have a choice between USPS Priority Mail International and UPS Worldwide Expedited services, both of which offer tracking and automatic insurance. Both USPS and UPS charges are variable, and are based on weight and destination. If you have any questions about UPS availability to your country, please contact customer service.
Please note that Splashgear is not responsible for any customs duties, tariffs, or taxes. International customers are responsible for paying these fees, if applicable. Furthermore, Splashgear is not responsible for the actions of delivery services within or outside of the USA. Splashgear does not contract with any delivery company outside of the USA and has no knowledge of how packages are delivered once they arrive in another country. You may wish to contact your local post office or UPS office to ask about their delivery protocols and any additional delivery costs.
Please note that Splashgear is not responsible for lost or stolen items or packages. Once Splashgear surrenders packages to the USPS or UPS, Splashgear has no control of the package or of the delivery protocols or delivery times of the USPS or UPS. For questions about your package, please use the tracking number provided to you by Splashgear to track your package at the USPS or UPS website. If your package is lost, you will need to contact USPS or UPS directly to file a claim.
