We offer several convenient ways for you to place your order.

Online Order

You can make an online purchase via credit or debit card, or through your PayPal, Shop Pay, G Pay, and Venmo accounts. Please be assured that your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped. Your card information is never stored in the Splashgear® system, it is only passed through the payment gateway to complete the transaction. However, if you choose to use Shop Pay, your credit card and shipping information are saved for future purchases for a quicker checkout experience. You can manage and delete this information directly through Shop Pay. We encourage you to learn more about Shop Pay before deciding whether you wish to use it as your payment method. Please review our Privacy Policy section to learn how Splashgear® handles your personal information.

You can print your online order and mail in your check payment. Please note that if you choose to pay by check, your order will be shipped once the check has cleared. We accept U.S. American currency only.

You can also place your credit/debit card order by toll-free phone or fax, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We accept U.S. American currency only.

Your privacy is our priority at Splashgear®. We promise never to rent or sell your information, or share your personal information with any other entity that is not directly related to Splashgear® and its operations. Your privacy will be protected to the fullest extent of USA law.

• • • Splashgear® utilizes SSL (secure sockets layer) to maintain a secure checkout. Look for the padlock icon in the locked position in the corner, frame, or address bar of your browser’s window at the checkout page, which indicates a secure site.
    • For customers who do not use Shopify's "Shop Pay" service, your credit card information is never stored in any form within the Splashgear®system. It is only transmitted to the payment gateway to complete the transaction. (Note: Customers who do use Shopify's "Shop Pay", your credit card information and delivery address are stored on Splashgear's website server for a faster checkout experience. We recommend that you first research "Shop Pay" before deciding to use it.)

Account Registration

Creating an account is not necessary to place an order, but to protect against fraud, we may need to contact you directly to confirm your order before completing your transaction. If at any time you would like us to delete your account information from the Splashgear® database, we will be happy to honor your request. Send us an e-mail or fax with your full name, contact information, and a request in writing that you wish for us to delete your account. You will be sent a confirmation of the deletion.

Google Code

Splashgear® utilizes Google Analytics to track visitors anonymously at the Splashgear® website. This lets us know which pages were visited and for how long. We use this information to monitor the effectiveness of the website and refine accordingly to provide visitors with the best online experience. Splashgear® may also utilize Google Adwords statistics to track the effectiveness of online ad campaigns in order to fine-tune our online advertising performance. If a person clicks specifically on a Splashgear® Google Ads online ad campaign, his/her visit to the Splashgear® website is tracked anonymously to determine if the ad campaign was successful.

Return Policy

Customer service is a high priority at Splashgear®, and we want you to be happy with your purchase. We ask that you confirm your size in our size charts before ordering to be sure you choose the correct fit the first time around. Ordering oversized clothing is unnecessary with Splashgear products, as modest designs are already built into the line. By following our size chart, you should order your actual size for best fit and function.

There are times, however, when you may need to return or exchange a purchase. Splashgear® clothing is swimwear and should be treated as such. Used clothing will not be accepted for returns or exchanges. If you are unhappy with the color or style, or the fit is not right, you are welcome to return or exchange unused products by mailing them back to Splashgear® in their original packaging and condition within 30 days of receipt.

Please complete the return/exchange form and mail back along with your unused items for processing. The items must be in resalable condition, with tags still attached. A full refund will not be provided on returned items if tags are removed or if the product has been altered from its original state. While the customer may choose any delivery service to return an item, Splashgear recommends using USPS Ground Advantage with tracking as an economical choice. We apologize that we cannot refund postage costs.

If the incorrect item was shipped or the unused item is defective, Splashgear® will replace it and provide free delivery on the exchanged product. Splashgear® is not responsible for the condition of products after they have been worn or used.

Size Charts

Below, find two different size charts for the two different collections of swim bottoms. Please use the correct size chart for the relevant garment. Do not order oversized clothing. Ordering oversized clothing is unnecessary with Splashgear products, as modest designs are already built into the line. By following our size chart, you should order your actual size for best fit and function so that you will be happy with the swimwear performance. If you are in between sizes, then you may wish to choose the larger of the two sizes.
